Certified Barbeque Judge

Class

The Kettering American Legion Post 598 will be holding a KCBS Certified Barbeque Judge's Class on June 15, 2008. This is a one day class and it will be held at the Kettering American Legion. You will get to sample and be given instructions on how to score each of the four KCBS categories; chicken, ribs, pork and brisket. The class will take 5-6 hours and will begin promptly at 9:00am.
